Add VIP: Hayabusa Boost Feature Update

Hello everyone, Hayabusa introduced a new boost feature that skips the maturation period for new user-created nodes. While I find this new feature fantastic, I also find it incomplete. As I wrote in another thread opened by another user, my idea is to create interconnectivity and advantages for the tokenomics of both VeChain and Vebetter, and it is as follows:

”When a user generates a node, they should have multiple payment options for the boost fee (skipping maturation):

  • Fee in VTHO → burned 100%

  • Fee in VET → sent to a dedicated wallet as a “Hybrid VeBetterDAO Treasury”

  • Fee in B3TR → sent directly to the VeBetterDAO treasury

This model would unlock several powerful scenarios for the future:

1) Paying the fee in VET

The VET used is removed from circulating supply and accumulated in a DAO savings wallet.
Through future governance proposals, this could be used to:

  • fund a “VeBetterDAO Validator”;

  • add LP on DEXs for the B3TR/VET pair.

2) Accumulating VTHO over time

If the savings wallet grows enough to spin up a validator, that validator would generate VTHO.
This VTHO could later — again through proposals — be used to create LP for the VTHO/B3TR pair.

3) Paying the fee in B3TR

This directly strengthens the VeBetterDAO treasury while simultaneously reducing B3TR in circulation.

In my opinion, this is a win–win solution:

  • it strengthens VET tokenomics,

  • it strengthens the VeBetter economy,

  • it creates a circular connection across the entire ecosystem,

  • and it allows the DAO to grow without selling assets on the market. “

Since this is a change that substantially modifies a feature of VeChain’s tokenomics, after having established and properly discussed all the precautions on this topic (for example, to which wallet address should the paid VET go to skip the vesting period?) I would propose submitting this addition to a Governance vote on the VeVote platform so that all the nodes can express their opinion to see if they are in favor or against.
