Hello HowBottle! Thanks for the proposal.

As a VeFam community member, I find it a big ask to ask for unlocking B3TR tokens from the treasury from an organization that most people haven’t heard about until right now! We don’t know who you are, and your social account wasn’t started until just this month. I would encourage you to make yourself more known among the VeFam community before asking members to unlock treasury tokens for your business. Maybe join a Vibing with VeChain Space or a Foundation Space to introduce yourself and your mission and your proposal and allow VeFam members to ask questions? Thanks!

I would like to second what mrwhittleman has said.

You are asking for the ecosystem to unlock a significant amount of B3TR from the treasury for a buy back of your products. If you are going to be giving back 422 tokens per order that is around 42$ per order. Online some of your products are only worth 40$. This would mean that the DAO treasury would be paying to give people free products off your website, at least for the first 1000 orders.

Now the big thing people are wondering is how does this benefit the ecosystem. What will you provide to the DAO to help grow it. Right now from the presentation and lack of communication with the Voters of the DAO it looks like its a liquidity extraction to help your business give away free products while the DAO pays for it.

I would love to learn more about your company and would love to get a better understand of how this benefits the DAO and the ecosystem. It would be wise to show up to a few twitter spaces and make yourself known so that way people can ask questions and get an understanding of what they will be voting for. Connor Boundy and PaullyTV host great spaces and would be wise to reach out and set up a time to talk to everyone.

Agreed with Mr whittleman. Not a huge ask for you to join a vibing with Vechain space on x or some other form of group q&a for us to figure out who you are before we put forward the huge amount to pass your proposal. We have had multiple apps come through now and receive some dao funds for their projects that aren’t event present anymore and we don’t want to keep handing out funds to every app that doesn’t plan on staying or have a real path. Until recently, we operated mainly in China, which is why our X and international presence are new—we’re just starting to expand globally and engage with communities like VeFam.

2. How we can contribute

The VeChain community has done great work—like cleanups and sustainability advocacy. What we bring is the “last mile”: transforming collected waste into low-carbon, traceable, upcycled products.

This helps reduce plastic, gives waste a second life, and supports the circular economy in a tangible way.

Our proposed rewards are meant to encourage real participation and sustainable behavior, but we’re open to adjustments based on community input.

The proposed reward is per order, not per product. We offer free shipping for orders over $99, and most items are priced between $40–$100. The token reward is meant to encourage people to explore sustainable, recycled products.

Is it possible for you to give us information on why you feel you need a proposal with a huge amount given upfront instead of a traditional grant that many others have asked and received? I don’t see a need for an already “well established company” to take $60,000 to start operations with the community without any milestones needing to be met.

HowBottle wants to build a circular economy—turning recycled materials into bags, merch, and NFTs for utility and discount benefits. It’s bold. It’s aligned with our ethos.

But the mechanism is wrong‼️
Massive holes. Confused delivery. And it risks failing both sides.

There’s no mutual incentive yet. No staking utility. No revenue loop. No real proof this benefits $B3TR holders, just an upfront 450K B3TR ask.

DAO contributors show up every week. Builders are grinding. Proposals like this cannot undercut that effort with handouts.

So how could this actually work?

We need a dedicated Brand Accelerator Pool inside VeBetterDAO—a structured framework for onboarding real-world brands while protecting the treasury and community values.

There are nearly 32 million B3TR in the DAO treasury (~$3.8M USD). The DAO could vote to allocate a portion toward a Brand Accelerator Pool. That pool isn’t tied to any one brand. It’s just funding the program.

Then, brands apply. They must submit proposals and be voted in—based on alignment, roadmap, and potential impact.

If accepted, they gain support from the pool through milestone-based unlocks—not handouts. In return, they commit to B3TR-native utility like staking perks, discounts, buybacks, and more.

It’s a win-win model: brands get exposure and trust from our ecosystem, and DAO voters gain control and upside from real-world growth.

We agree—this needs to be a win-win model. We’re here not just to seek support, but to co-create long-term value with the VeFam. Our intention was never to request “handouts,” but to explore how real-world circular economy efforts can integrate meaningfully into the $B3TR ecosystem.

We love the idea of a Brand Accelerator Pool with milestone-based support, aligned incentives, and clear paths for utility. That kind of structure would help both the DAO and brands build together with accountability and impact.
