This is a simple as it gets - removing 11 projects with one or multiple of the following characteristics:
- Prolonged inactivity;
- No x2earn rewards;
- No social presence;
- No user support;
- No updates;
- App not working.
The following apps in question:
Wanchain
No x2earn rewards, ignores questions from community, have not communicated their plans with VBD.
Wanchain functions as cross-chain bridge, but there is no x2earn integration.

Originally 7 apps (Ecobin was blacklisted), are owned by a connected group of people. Share same traits - no user support, poor or no social presence at all, ignoring community questions, rewarding users with laughable rewards while withdrawing the rest of the allocation.
Heavily criticized after community audit. No improvements have been made since.

Just Tote
App is functional, but there is no communication from the owners with last X post on 23rd of August, 2025.
No user support, no updates. It’s unclear what is the direction of the app.
Big Bottle

Rewards: inconsistent
The owner of the project has made rare appearances after some pressure from the community. Back in May Big Bottle had a refreshing update. The performance of the app saw a decline afterwards. Currently, majority of users are unable to get the app working with no communication from the owner.
From round #101 only up to 40 users/week were able to receive rewards.
The owner is not withdrawing accumulated allocation.
The goal of the proposal
The main goal is to consolidate resources from inactive, stale projects towards apps that are still around delivering updates, communicating and adding value to the DAO.
This proposal addresses the growing dissatisfaction with mentioned projects where on-chain and off-chain enforcement is yet to catch up.
