[dApp Blacklisting] Immediate blacklist for vePet, VeDreamHome, VeMeal and Eatgreen

vePet | VeBetter have been a member of the VeBetterDAO since July 17th, 2025. Since then they have been endorsed twice - rounds 57-60 and 70- (currently endorsed as of today, November 16th 2025).

They have been getting allocations for 7 rounds - been a member of the DAO for 4 months - and are yet to reward ONE user. Their dApp does not work through VeWorld (I reached out to them here: https://x.com/ReheatVet/status/1951202058310394246 - no response).

Social logins are required to even login into the dApp. If you manage to login, you can use the dApp but will never receive any reward for it. You do the actions in-app but can never claim any rewards (reached out to them again after trying - here: https://x.com/ReheatVet/status/1952057399013163203 - response after 3 months(!)).

It’s still not fixed.

Earlier this week, they withdrew 100% of their allocations and sent them through a series of transactions to the exchange gate.io where the funds can no longer be tracked.

I propose an immediate blacklisting of the vePet dApp for failing to reward users for months and ultimately stealing the rewards allocation.

Here are the events (Nov 10th & Nov 12th 2025):

  1. The admin burns his creator NFT and adds two new accounts to the vePet app:

      1. The two added accounts are:

      4. No action on either of them yet.
  2. They withdraw their full allocation (9640 b3tr) and label it as ‘community airdrop’

  3. They sell the B3TR for VET ( 25568 VET):

  5. Finally, they send the VET to a gate.io wallet:

On October 22, 2025, they responded to my tweet, followed me, made an announcement about being endorsed (https://x.com/pet_vetchain/status/1981029028791251343) but has since never been active. My DM’s with them are left unread.

Following the creation of this discourse thread, I will again reach out to them. Unless we see the community airdrop on-chain and immediate fixing of their dApp, this proposal will go live on VeBetterDAO before round 74.

I`ll support the proposal with my vot3. We don’ need freeloaders.

There’s also Eatgreen. No development, news since early May. Dominated by farmers. Not sure if it’s a good idea to add them to this proposal or another proposal, but imo they have no place in DAO as well.

Proposal to Blacklist vePet, VeDreamHome, VeMeal, and EatGreen

I am proposing the immediate blacklisting of vePet, VeDreamHome, VeMeal, and EatGreen. These dApps have demonstrated behavior ranging from voting manipulation and abandonment to the active misuse and extraction of DAO funds without delivering value to users.

Below is the detailed evidence for each application.

1. vePet

Status: Failing to reward users, stealing allocation.

2. VeDreamHome

Status: Large-scale Voting Manipulation.

VeDreamHome is proposed for blacklisting due to clear evidence of automated voting manipulation and treasury extraction. The full documentation can be found here: https://x.com/ReheatVet/status/1980288791140065695.

Summary of the manipulation:

  • Automated Attacks: In Round 69, a main account seeded 150 distinct accounts with 600 VOT3 each in just 3 transactions (spanning only 30 seconds).
  • Vote Farming: Post-snapshot, these accounts voted and immediately claimed voting rewards. Within 14 minutes, the original funds plus the rewards were returned to the seeding address.
  • Recurring Pattern: While the Round 69 votes targeted another app, B3tr Smile (who have not be found to be involved with this. They are therefore not part of this blacklist proposal), this exact pattern was used in rounds 66-68 to target VeDreamHome with 300 VOT3 per account.
  • Network Ties: The operation is run from a network of core accounts including vedreamhome.veworld.vet and the VeDreamHome treasury.
  • Cashing Out: On Oct 20th, 2025, the VDH treasury withdrew B3TR marked as “endorser rewards” and funneled the funds to ByBit.

3. VeMeal

Status: Misuse of allocations and funds exit. Abandoned.

4. EatGreen

Status: Abandoned, Unsecured, and exploited by farmers.

EatGreen is proposed for blacklisting for being unaware their app is endorsed, failing to respond to the community, and having zero security in their dApp.

  • Most rewards are currently going to farmers and exploiters.
  • They are bleeding ~6K B3TR each week with no word about any development or maintenance.
  • They have set up fee delegation with VeChain Energy with automatic top-ups, meaning they will continue to reward farmers and exploiters automatically for as long as they remain endorsed.
