Solution
The Bikademy transforms everyday cycling into measurable climate action through a blend of gamification, on-chain validation, and community governance:
- Global Challenges – Monthly competitions across four distance categories, rewarding inclusivity from commuters to athletes
- Daily Rewards – Small token incentives for riders who complete at least one verified ride in a day
- On-Chain Proof – GPS logs, ride validation, and CO₂ reduction tracked via smart contracts
- DAO Expansion – Special Challenges decided by the community on sustainability campaigns and reward pools
Execution Plan
Over a 10-month period, Bikademy will integrate VeWorld wallet and develop smart contracts for ride validation and $B3TR rewards (Months 1-3), followed by the global launch of its Cycle-to-Earn Global Challenge supported by marketing and community activation (Months 3–4). From Months 4–6, we will continue every month with Global Challenge and introduce VeChain network voting for themed Special Challenges and Studies, to shape campaigns like Earth Day and World Bicycle Day. The final phase (Months 6–10) focuses on user growth, new partner activations, optimization, and transparent reporting of all sustainability and blockchain metrics. Regular progress reports and a comprehensive final impact report will be delivered to VeChain.
