Proposal: Creation of a Public Monitoring & Transparency Dashboard for the $B3TR Token

Summary

This proposal requests funding and approval from VebetterDAO to develop, deploy, and maintain a fully public, open-source B3TR Token Monitoring Dashboard.
The system will track and visualize on-chain metrics, liquidity health, contract activity, whale movements, governance signals, and ecosystem KPIs in real time.
The goal is to increase transparency, trust, and data accessibility for the B3TR community and the broader Web3 space.

Motivation

The B3TR token is central to the VebetterDAO ecosystem, yet there is currently no unified, transparent dashboard showing all security-critical and ecosystem-critical metrics in one place.
Users must rely on scattered third-party platforms that do not provide full coverage, do not update in real time, or may disappear at any moment.

A public, DAO-owned monitoring system will:

  • Improve community trust and understanding

  • Support new investors with clear, unbiased data

  • Reduce misinformation around token health

  • Act as an early-warning system for anomalies

  • Strengthen governance decision-making

  • Establish VebetterDAO as a transparent, data-forward ecosystem

Scope of Work

The monitoring system will include the following components:

1. On-Chain Token Metrics

  • Total supply, circulating supply

  • Burn map & burn history

  • Holder count & holder distribution

  • Real-time price, volume, volatility

  • Smart contract events (Mint, Burn, Transfer, Admin actions)

2. Liquidity & Market Health

  • LP pool tracking (DEXes + aggregated view)

  • LP changes, additions, removals

  • Liquidity depth visualization

  • Multi-chain liquidity support (if applicable)

3. Whale & Smart Money Tracker

  • Large transaction alerts

  • Wallet labeling (DAO treasury, CEX, whales)

  • Top 100 holders dashboard

  • Accumulation/distribution graphs

4. Security & Risk Monitoring

  • Contract verification status

  • Owner privileges, renounce/lock status

  • Honeypot checks (automatic daily tests)

  • Timelock monitoring (if applicable)

  • Suspicious pattern alerts (e.g., rapid supply shifts)

5. Governance & Ecosystem Signals

  • Vote participation stats

  • Proposal activity

  • Treasury health

  • Funding flow summaries

  • Staking/Rewards tracking (if part of the B3TR framework)

6. Public Alerts System

  • Telegram bot alerts

  • Webhook + API for integrations

  • Real-time notifications for:

    • Large buys/sells

    • Liquidity movements

    • High-risk events

    • New governance proposals

Hello.

This is a cool idea and it improves on some areas where vechainstats are not focusing its efforts on at the moment. It would help the vebetterdao for sure, but I feel we would need to see a proof of concept or an MVP at the very least before approving any grant.

Do you have a working demo, UI mockups, more detailed implementation plan, etc? Will you be hosting your own thor node or relying on a public one?

Its a cool concept but I would like to see much more before I can give it an approve from my end :+1:

Thanks for the feedback — totally understood.

Before requesting any/if funding, I can deliver a simplified beta / MVP version to demonstrate the core functionality.

What the beta will include:

Basic B3TR metrics (supply, holders, transfers, liquidity snapshots)

Whale movement detection (large transfers)

B3tr/Vet/Vtho ratio

Simple dashboard UI with live updated data

10-minute caching layer to minimize API load

Public GitHub repo with all source code once in alpha stage.

Hosted frontend + backend on my own server for the beta phase. >> To discuss future more decentralised version.

I already have the core and some UI.

Technical note:

For the MVP I will use the official Vechain API, combined with a local caching system to reduce requests and prevent unnecessary rate load. Once the full version is approved, I can expand to additional providers or node infrastructure depending on the DAO’s preference, but to own a node by myself it will be a costly venture and my goal is to minimise any costs including DAO support.

This way the community can test the concept early, validate the design direction, and see transparent progress before any larger grant is committed or even needed.

Also I want to stress / underline that it won’t be an dapp. It will be a public website which serve as monitor/ social/ news and more in future all around VeBetter ecosystem. We want to acquire public into.

This is just to showcase a concept.

Some features do not work yet or work on false data. Needs lot’s of work and only a TA part but I think it provides rough example of a monitor hub. UI as well temp.

With aka clean magazine design and added news from outlets and socials about VeBetter it would gain some outside extra public.

Plenty of space for wiki, faq as well.

I’ve built another addition as an interactive tokenomics simulator that lets users model B3TR’s price trajectory across all 52 emission cycles. Users can adjust 5 key variables - starting/ending market cap, growth curve type, market volatility, and lock percentage - to visualize how different scenarios impact token price over the 12-year schedule. It includes dual charts for price and market cap, real-time calculations, preset scenarios (Conservative/Moderate/Aggressive/Bull), and a detailed cycle-by-cycle breakdown table. This would complement the future monitor hub by giving the community a hands-on tool for simulation.

Note. Add current live data and comparison to simulation and probability ratio.

Project Update — No External Grant / Monitor Support

After a long and much-needed Christmas break, I’ve made a final decision: I will not be pursuing any grants or external support from the Vebetter DAO for the external monitor project.

That said, the website will remain free to use and continue evolving — just at its own pace.
